The handle is wide enough, making it easy to handle for those with large hands or small children who are still developing their fine motor skills. ☆ Tips for Making Great Cookies! • Using flour when using the stamp will make it easier to separate the dough and the stamp. • Cutting out the shapes and stamping when the dough is well chilled will transfer the shape and pattern beautifully. • To prevent the dough from rising too much, use only egg yolks and mix them without incorporating air. • We recommend a cookie dough thickness of 5mm. • Using a Silpat will prevent the shape from collapsing and result in a crispy finish.
