This is the Last One prize from a Sanrio Ichiban Kuji (lottery) from about 5-6 years ago. I think it's rare because it's not widely available ( ˇᵕˇ )♡ It's a previously opened item, but it was stored in a closet, so it's in very clean condition. The size is 100cm x 140cm.
