This is a set of a Hirado-umi Seki's electric bulletin board-style keychain and a charm keychain. I am not currently considering selling them separately. Both were obtained at the March tournament. I am selling them because I am not a fan. The electric bulletin board-style keychain has not had the insulator removed, so the light has not been tested.
