I purchased this about six years ago and wore it a little bit in the winter, sending it to the dry cleaners every year. It's a sentimental item, but I'm selling it because I don't wear it anymore. I really loved the cute lining. The size is a good fit for me, I'm 176cm tall and of a slightly slim build. I think I bought it for around 15,000 to 20,000 yen. The condition isn't too bad, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details.
