This is a 100% cotton knit. Chaps is a brand that branched off from Ralph Lauren, so the quality is good. Although it's a knit, it's 100% cotton, so it can be machine washed. The color is a red leaning towards wine red, which I think is easy to match. I originally bought it at a used clothing store, so it has a worn feel, but it's still in wearable condition.
