Cancellations can be made without notice and regardless of whether the winning bidder is responsible. The maximum amount of damages the winning bidder can claim in disputes arising from this transaction, regardless of claims based on breach of contract or tort, is limited to the total of the winning bid and shipping costs. The winning bidder is responsible for the costs of returning the item to its original condition due to cancellation or similar reasons, including any fees. When pursuing the seller's liability, the winning bidder bears the burden of proof for any claim and must provide sufficient evidence to eliminate any reasonable doubt. The winning bidder bears all responsibility for any problems unique to transactions between the parties involved, regardless of where the responsibility lies.
