This is a rare Swiss-made item nowadays. (The words "swiss made" are written between the top and bottom parts) Although it has never been used, it's a retro vintage item (about 30 years old), so the lettering has faded due to aging. Replacing the refill should allow for smooth writing. You will need to replace the refill. I have discounted the price accordingly. You might want to ask at a stationery store, but according to my research online, Parker type/G2 standard refills seem to be compatible. Once you replace the refill, it will be durable and you can use it for many years. It's a twist-action pen. There is a logo mark on the head. I will send it in this case (with some stains).
