This is a compilation CD titled "The Best Of Jesse Winchester" (R2 70085) by American singer-songwriter Jesse Winchester (1944-2014), released by Rhino in the US in 1989. I purchased it around 1990 at a CD shop near a company in NY (the $12.99 price sticker is still attached).
