This is an Anpanman rice bowl. It's in good condition as it hasn't been used much, but there are a few faint scratches on the bottom. The characters featured are: Anpanman Shokupanman Currypanman Melonpanna-chan. A floral patterned rice bowl is also included, making it a set of three. Would this be suitable as a spare?
