I bought this three years ago and used it for about two years. It has a lot of storage and was very useful. I only took it out when I went to the hospital, but there are some stains and signs of use, so please check the photos before considering a purchase. There are no scratches or fraying. There is noticeable dirt on the folded-over part, but it is hidden when closed (see photos 5 and 6).
