This is a handmade hand strap [HS177].
The strap part is four-strand braided in a single color of green, and three yellow flowers are decorated on one side.
Pearl beads are in the center of the flowers, and the lobster clasp is silver.
It can be used for smartphones, of course, and also as a charm to add a touch of flair to bags, etc.
