This is a custom-made, top-of-the-line K plume ligature. It's for a soprano saxophone rubber mouthpiece and was made to fit Vandoren mouthpieces. It's made of sterling silver and then silver-plated. The screws are made of brass and are platinum-plated. This is perfect for those who like the properties of silver but want something that doesn't tarnish easily, while still retaining the silver's characteristics. The condition is as shown in the photos. There is some discoloration due to oxidation from being solid silver, silver-plated, and used with a rubber mouthpiece. Case not included.
