This is a women's summer knit vest. The color is off-white. It's in good condition overall, having only been tried on, but three reddish stains have appeared during storage. There's one on the right side, one on the left side, and one on the left chest. Please check the images. Apart from the three stains, it's in good condition, but I've marked it as "slightly damaged or with stains."
