This is a rubber skirt made of a textured fabric in beige with a light blue and a touch of green as accents. The lining is light blue, so it shouldn't be see-through. The fabric is lightweight, and the leg movement should be good. I'm not sure if it's truly free size, so I've included a picture of the waist measurement in the last image.
