This is a set of three items: a cap, a pump, and a fastener. I purchased these new and have not reused them. They have been washed and disinfected. There is a scratch on the photo (4th image). Due to the thickness, I cannot pack them with cushioning material, so please be aware of this. I will sell these to someone who understands. It seems that they can be used to replace refills, both new and old, and large capacity ones as well.
