This is a Nitori pillow (P2208) that supports the shoulders, neck, and back. I purchased it new and used it for 3 days, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for, so I'm selling it. I believe it's in good condition, but it is a used item, so please consider this before purchasing. I am also selling another of the same item.
