This is a coin case from Smythson. I used it only once to hold coins, but I ended up going back to a wallet with a coin purse, so it's practically unused. It's made in Italy. There's also space for cards in addition to coins. The exterior is blue and black fabric, and the interior is black lambskin, judging by the smell and softness. Actual size: 11.0 x 8.5 x 1.8 (cm)
