The black spots on the surface, as shown in the fourth photo, are tannins from the persimmon and are not mold. Also, if stored in a warm place, the white powder on the surface (which comes from inside the persimmon and is not sugar) will melt, so please be sure to store in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator. Because of the high sugar content, they will not freeze completely, so long-term storage in the freezer is also recommended. Simple packaging, just placed in a plastic bag and sealed with tape.
