I own it, but I haven't had many opportunities to use it, so there's little rust or wear and tear, and I think it's in good condition. The manufacturer is unknown. It looks and feels like a typical tuning key. The bluish areas are due to the color of the LED lights in the room, not the key itself. Instant purchase is OK.
