It features the classic combination of a maple body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. It adopts an SSH pickup configuration on a Les Paul type body. This allows for a wide range of sounds, from crystal-clear clean tones to punchy drive sounds. A notable feature is that the single-coil pickup is a "quarter-pound size." With an SSH pickup configuration, there is inevitably a "volume difference" when switching from a "single coil" to a "humbucker."
