I used this as an obi for Shichi-Go-San (a traditional Japanese festival for children), but it's the same size as an adult's obi. I paired it with a kimono from the Taisho era. It was a gorgeous obi and looked wonderful. There is some soiling, but it's not noticeable due to the intricate pattern.
