I'm a little unsure because there's no tag, but I believe I purchased this from DHOLIC or another online retailer. I've kept it in storage, having hardly worn it. The silhouette is very cute, and it's also lined with fleece, making it very soft against the skin, easy to wear, and warm. I don't think there are many fleece-lined skirts with a peplum silhouette that also provide cold protection. The waist has a fold-over elastic, so I think it would fit sizes M and up. I don't think there are any noticeable flaws, but I'm offering it to someone who understands that it's a used and stored item.
