This is an umbrella for Mer-chan dolls. I believe the design is from an older era, about 15 years ago. There are stains and fading of the pattern. It can be opened and played with without issue, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfect condition or the cuteness of the design. For those who understand that this is a used item, please consider. The Mer-chan doll in the photo is not included. Thank you for looking.
