This is a cuckoo clock, a junk item. It's a product from about 50 years ago, and it used to be displayed at my parents' house. It's a mechanical clock, but the chain is stretched and it doesn't work. I've confirmed that the bell and bellows make sounds when moved by hand. The chain is rusty, and one link is broken but still connected. The metal fitting at the end is present, so if you polish it and shorten the chain, it could still be used as a decoration. Thank you for your consideration.
