This is a no-brand product, but it works fine. The zipper is also not a problem. It's the type that secures to the top tube in two places and the seat tube in one place with Velcro. The size is 20mm x 23mm x 18mm (thickness 40mm). I think a smartphone and wallet will fit with room to spare.
