The speakerphone button is grayed out during calls and cannot be pressed, so I can't hear the other person, and they can't hear me. I can make calls without issue using Bluetooth, so I've been using a Bluetooth device for calls. Also, I can't record audio from videos, although the video playback itself works fine, so I can hear the video's audio. The only problems are the calling function and the inability to record audio; everything else works perfectly. I had the battery replaced a few months ago, so the battery is 100% in good condition.
