This necklace was purchased about 30 years ago from an antique shop in New York. It's a chic necklace with a beautiful gradation of deep orange and golden yellow. It has a mysterious texture reminiscent of amber, and also has a warmth like Bakelite. I am unable to determine the exact material. I believe it is a resin material that imitates amber. It has a vintage feel.
