This is a Technics ST-C01 stereo tuner. Operation has been confirmed. AM and FM reception work. I purchased this used unit with a non-functional tuning dial and performed maintenance. I removed the hardened grease, applied new grease, and now it turns smoothly (photos of the work in progress are included). AM/FM selection works without issue. Quartz lock also functions. The exterior shows its age. There are scratches that couldn't be removed, as well as the blue corrosion typical of Technics products from this era. The lamps light up without any problems. The markings on the top panel are fun to look at. The aluminum die-cast chassis is sturdy. It was originally priced at 35,000 yen, making it a rather expensive model among audio tuners at the time. Recommended for those interested in retro tuners or those who own a matching amplifier. Thank you.
