WHITING This is an unused item, but it's over 10 years old. There are stains on the backing card and signs of aging on the bag. The main sizes are 16 and 18, but sizes 20 to 12 can be obtained (verified with a hackle gauge). These are hackles. Please ask any questions before purchasing to avoid any problems.
