Operation confirmed. The main unit and included accessories are a MIDI conversion cable and a USB cable. I cleaned it as much as possible, but there may still be some remaining dirt. The stickiness of the knobs has been removed. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. As time has passed since the purchase, there may be some crackling when turning the knobs or moving the jacks. Also, since this is a used item, please understand that it is non-refundable and non-returnable. No complaints, no returns.
