This is an old Omega watch. It's a mechanical watch. It works normally when wound. I observed it for about 12 hours to see if it kept time accurately, and I didn't notice any time drift. However, there's a drawback: the strap is deteriorated to the point where it will tear if pulled too hard, so it needs to be handled with considerable care.
