Photos 11 and 12 Purchased around the end of February 2022. Purchase price: 43,400 yen. I do not have athlete's foot. I have not cut the insoles with scissors for size adjustment. I used them in new shoes that I purchased when I joined. I replaced the insoles of my shoes during sessions, and since those shoes were kept in the back of the store, I only used these insoles for 6 sessions, a total of 6 hours. They provide stability during high-weight squats, making it easier to brace yourself. Those with experience will understand the difference this product makes. After leaving RIZAP, I removed them and stored them unused. They were only used inside RIZAP, so they were never used at home.
