Small all-purpose knife, blade length 14.5cm, 98g. The back is about 2.0mm thick near the top of the heel. It's printed with "STORK," but I don't know the origin. Next to that is a bird mark and "PEARL" printed, but it doesn't seem to be related to Pearl Metal in Niigata. It's a double-edged blade, and the material is stainless steel. It has a decent hardness, typical of modern stainless steel. While it has a cheap feel, both the blade and handle show no signs of wear and are clean. It looks like it will last for a while.
