These are lucky clay figurines associated with Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine in Osaka. They are said to have originated from Fushimi dolls in Kyoto during the Edo period. This is a set of two. --- They appear to be in good condition at first glance, but as they are old pieces, they are being sold with some scratches and stains.
