I don't think there are any noticeable scratches, but please understand that there may be some minor scratches and dirt as it was played with by a child. Alcohol-sterilized. Operation confirmed. Batteries not included. Missing one curved rail. I looked for it, but couldn't find it. Otherwise, I believe everything is included.
