I used this about 5 years ago for practice at home. I think it has a pretty good soundproofing effect. I've lost the included headphones and other accessories, so this is just what's shown in the image, and I'll be significantly lowering the price. I looked up the retail price, and it was about 30,000 yen. It can still be used for practice.
