This is Heiji and Kazuha from a set of缶バッジ (can badges) that were sold at the tourist information center at Yura Station in Tottori Prefecture a few years ago (image 3). They are no longer sold. They will be wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a water-resistant OPP bag, and shipped via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
