As the name suggests, it's a case to stylishly carry and store Muhi (an anti-itch medicine). This product uses a screw-lock mechanism for secure closure and allows storage of small items other than Muhi. The small hole at the bottom is an air vent when inserting Muhi. Also, a dedicated lanyard (neck strap) is available separately, allowing you to hang it around your neck or attach it to your waist with a carabiner. (Due to individual differences, clearance adjustment may be necessary. In that case, wrap the Muhi body with about 1/3 to 1/2 turn of commercially available cellophane tape before use.)
