I used this for one season for my child's commute to and from school. There was a wide, white stain on the back. It might come out if washed, but I can't guarantee it. It's a thin jacket, but it has an inner lining. The lining feels fluffy, like it might snag on splinters, so there's a little bit of pilling. I don't think it's too bad. P.S. ↓ I wiped it with a dry towel, and it's almost unnoticeable now.
