I bought this in the US many years ago. It's a colored pencil that can be erased with an eraser. Rather than being a coloring pencil, it's more like a colored version of a graphite pencil, and is recommended for sketching artwork. Changing the color of the lines can also be a nice change of pace. The eraser part of the included eraser is somewhat worn. The barcode sticker is damaged. 16 colors, 31 pencils
