I believe these are marks from when the garment was made, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I didn't notice any other particularly noticeable flaws, but this is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights. Also, individual perceptions vary, so I am looking for buyers who are not overly concerned with minor details and who understand that this is a used item.
