This is a training bat made by FIELDFORCE. It's quite long at 110cm, but weighs only 550g, so even elementary school students can swing it easily. Swinging a long bat naturally helps develop an inside-out swing. It can be used for hitting real balls (but not pitches from a pitcher), and I used it for shuttle hitting and tee practice. I've polished it, but there are still some ball marks that won't come off. The grip shows signs of use, but I think it's still usable. My child used it when they were in elementary school, but they're now in middle school and no longer use it, so I'm selling it.
