This is a striped mini dress. It has a lining, so it's not see-through, and you can wear it cutely on its own. About 10 years ago, I saw a celebrity wearing something similar and found the same one in a store and bought it. I loved it and kept it, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I'm selling it.
