This product was a real lifesaver. It worked really well for my child, and they slept soundly until they could roll over. Overall, there is a feeling of use, with pilling and shrinkage of the Velcro parts due to washing. There is also dirt such as fibers that could not be completely removed from the Velcro parts. No box. There is an instruction manual. Please consider this item if you don't mind a home-stored, used item.
