This item was used several years ago. The Velcro part is yellowed. There are no stains. The brim looks faded or yellowed, or perhaps it was originally this color; it's difficult to tell from the image, but the white appears dull. The length excluding the Velcro part is approximately 48cm, and the Velcro part is 9cm. Please consider this item, understanding that it is used. Thank you for looking.
