This is a TULTEX cold-weather blouson. The size is 3L, but it seems they only have up to LL now. It's a new, unused item, only tried on once! I bought it, but I won't be using it at my current workplace, so I'm selling it new! If you're wearing it over work clothes, it should fit someone who usually wears LL size perfectly.
