This is merchandise from Tokyo Disney Resort. It's a folding fan with a black background featuring Mickey Mouse's profile, fireworks, and a moon (the moon is designed as a castle). It's unused, but I opened it for the photos. I don't think there are any particular issues with its condition, but since some time has passed since its release, please check the photos before purchasing.
