Size is S, but the width is 51 cm Length is 68 cm (without the ruffle) Ruffle length, at its longest, is 14 cm. It has a relaxed fit, so I think it's fair to say it's close to a free size. It would be cute to wear it under a jacket or hoodie, letting the ruffles show. It's 100% polyester, so it's light and doesn't feel tiring to wear. When shipping, I fold it as small as possible.
