This is a gray long knit dress with a waist ribbon from Martinique, purchased about 8 years ago. There is no size listed, but I believe it's around a size S to M. I've worn it about 10 times and have kept it stored after dry cleaning. It has a crease down the middle from being folded for storage. There's also some pilling overall, and a stain as shown in photo 6.
