This is a dessert fork from the Scandinavian brand "Kay Bojesen" of Denmark. I purchased it new 5 years ago at the kitchenware section of Isetan Shinjuku (1,800 yen per fork). I used it about 10 times and have been storing it at home. Although it's called a dessert fork, it's a size that can also be used for meals.
